TAKE NOTE to all buyers, you are required to read and agree on the terms and conditions of X'clusive Attic.

1. Please transfer the exact amount stated in the Bill, otherwise, no order is being made.

2. No cancellation of order or refund of payment once the payment is being made.

3. All purchases are not returnable or exchangeable.

4. If the items that you ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be made.

5. Actual color and design may slightly differ due to the lighting and monitor resolution.

6. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.

7. Please ensure that the measurement of apparels stated fit your size before purchasing as item sold is not returnable or exchangeable.

8. X 'clusive Attic will sent out your order within 3days after collection of full payment. (subject to availability)

9. All items will be checked carefully for any defects before delivery. Thus goods bought and paid are not refundable or exchangeable.

10. For Tops/Dresses/Skirts/Belts/Accessories
==> Normal Postage will be $1.00, subsequence item add $0.50
==> Registered Postage will be charged additional $2.30 (Highly Recommended)

11. For Jeans/Shoes/Bags/Toys (Heavier & Bulky Items)
==> Normal Postage will be $2, subsequent item add $1.00
(Postage for overweight items will be advised again.)
==> Registered Postage will be charged additional $2.30 (Highly Recommended)

12. X 'clusive Attic is not liable for any damages or lost mail due to postage.

13. Meet-ups are only available at selected areas: Commonwealth Mrt/Vivo City

14. All meet-ups will be subjected to availability of seller.

15. When you have given your order, I assumed that you have agreed with the terms & conditions.
